Our Team Facilitation offer mirrors the Group Coaching model in that we take the time to build relationships and understanding around individual strengths/talents and how best to ensure a team works effectively together using them.

Team Facilitation sessions can be undertaken on-site or at a 3rd party venue, with or without catering.

Taking the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment is the first step in discovering an individual’s path to excellence. Clifton StrengthsFinder results give people a way to discuss and develop their unique combination of skills, talents, and knowledge.

Workshop Outline Sample

  • Introduction: facilitator to highlight why the session has been organised and what they would like the participants to gain from the process.
  • Strengths
    • What are strengths and why focus on them & “The Strengths Philosophy”
    • Understanding your individual report – deep dive
  • Living your Strengths:
    • How to build your strongest talent into a strength and identify areas that you naturally do well
    • Using your strengths: the best way to reach your desired outcomes
  • Strengths Based Partnerships
    • Action plan to leverage your strengths and share and build strong partnerships with others
  • The DNA of the team
    • Work with group to explore the DNA of the team using a strengths lens.
    • Exploring its unique combination of talents and strengths.
    • Reviewing a team profile of the team and exploring the team members unique contribution to the team

The purpose of the workshop is for the strengths of each individual to come to life.

The facilitator will conduct Gallup awareness and talent exercises to deepen the learning experience focusing on the Top 5 -10 talents.

Workshops can be generic in outcome to suit the wide range of participants with a core focus on the outcomes desired for the industry.

Longer workshops allow for additional hands on application which deepens the learning and expedites skill development.
